No, Pilates is suitable for people of all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors will modify exercises to accommodate your individual needs and abilities.

Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion is ideal. We recommend wearing athletic attire and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Consistency is key. We recommend taking Pilates classes at least twice or three times a week for optimal results. However, even one class per week can make a significant difference in how you feel day-to-day.

Regular training sessions are 50 minutes. Extended session is 75 minutes in length (for Privates only) Talk to your instructor directly to coordinate the length of your sessions. Sessions are offered in-studio or virtually Monday-Friday.

Absolutely! Pilates has been the secret training tool for many teams and athletes for many years. We specialize in cross-training athletes for all sports including; football, baseball, basketball, T&F, tennis, golf, dance, gymnastics and figure skating.
